I forget her name! But the woman who helped me, has been there 30 years. She showed a patience, a kindness that is very rare in todays world. I truly hate that i cannot remember your name, but thank you so much. Ppl like you restore my faith in humanity, in a time where we need ppl like you the most !!!

Placed an order and waited over an hour to have my order be cancelled. Called to get information as to why and got no answer. Insane.
Worst McDonald’s in central Ohio. I guess the silver lining here is that even my kids are so routinely disappointed by the incompetence that they don’t want to eat fast food for weeks. The other location in Delaware is, at worst, 5x better than this location… figure it out Update - Congrats! This is now the second worst as the newer location south of town on 23 has surpassed you. Update - waited 20 (!) minutes for this. Woof
I said i want my money back, do not mean I want the same food again. You can’t understand I just a a refund. Then ignore me . 11.88 I will not get back cause I am on break and don’t have time for you to figure out how to do it . Is easy. Ketchup and pickles only . Is not this put onions on it .
