This location needs to be taken away from the franchisee, the staff has horrible customer service, and is always getting orders wrong, not just that taking extremely long when there’s no other customers.
Just go to the McDonald’s on Florida across from chase bank. This McDonalds ALWAYS without fail gets the order wrong or you’re missing an item. Management does NOT CARE, the owner clearly doesn’t care. I understand mistakes are made here and there no one is perfect but EVERYTIME? ridiculous. Corporate should definitely look into this.
Customer service needs work. Came in around 6:45pm today and asked which hello kitty Godzilla toys they have. Took like 5 mins of standing at the counter to even get acknowledged. Then I ask which they have, the girl at the counter said she doesn’t know, it’s random. I let her know the box has a picture of the toy on it. She said it’s a blind box, you won’t know until you buy it. (I’m a collector and have already bought many of these, it’s not a blind box.) She asked if I wanted to buy anything. Food was hot which is always a plus. Staff could be more friendly at the drive through. When they mess your order up especially.
