Took my code and didn't give me the reward
This McDonalds picks on their customers. KS#13 today
There was only one line. The other drive-thru lane was closed. When I got my food it was just handed to me without any conversation. This is at several locations, not just this one. I may have to go places where I can get a "Thank you" or "Have a great day". Customer service is lacking these days.
