Bought a small coffee, two cream four sugar 4/29/26. Pulled away in my car, coffee tasted funny and burnt. Got home (I live in Homewood) opened cup, looking at deep brown residue all through the cup (cup permanently stained). Took back to the store in Homewood on S. Halsted for a proper cup of coffee. Had to return for a coffee at gas prices hitting $4.99/gal. If you can't make a decent cup of coffee at 2:43pm what else is getting messed up?
Never have fresh fries and if you tell you want fresh fries they just drop them back down in the grease. Terrible, need new management and staff. Too many young kids worker there that don’t care.
