Everyone who knows me knows that I get my beverages with no ice! So I am confused as to why the male employee that was working on the beverages at this location tried to force me to take my beverage with ice! Stating "you have to have this with ice! That is the only way we make it!" It is my understanding that at McDonald's you are supposed to have it your way!! So why couldn't I have something as simple as no ice!! The employees at this location need to be retrained!!!
