I don’t get it but ok..how?
Couple years ago I gave this McDonalds high praise on Google reviews because it was one of the cleaner ones in our neighborhood. Time has not been good for this location. Staff are generally not nearly as friendly as before. Cleanliness has become a real struggle for this location. Try a different one.
Got delivery. The food was cold and disgusting. I requested no pickles and no ketchup, guess what was on the burger. Seriously, this is not rocket science. The driver seemed to have trouble finding my simple address and fall to deliver "in hand" as requested or call me on arrival, as requested. Terrible service terrible food. Total waste of money. Never again. If I could put negative stars, I would.
I had a great experience thanks to Jackson. He was super kind, polite, and helpful. You don’t always expect that kind of service, but he really stood out. Thank you, Jackson!
