Put a Mobil order in at 1056 arrived at the drive through speaker at 1123 to be told they were closed. Did not get the food even though I have already paid for it. This is poor service, I haven't not gotten my refund yet. If I do not get it I will be at the store in the morning.

I told the employee about ranch and she looks like ignoring me and when i asked again she said everything is in the bag after that i moved from the line and park it may vehicle and check my bag and the ranch it wasn’t in there !!!!! This is the third time happen diferent thing on my order that’s way i asked !!!!
