Why is the ketchup always hidden behind the counter?
This location is always on point, gets my order right, the employees are all sweet and professional. And it's remodeled, easy to get in and out. Food is always perfect. I mean I eat here a lot and the error rate is like 1%. If I moved far away, I'd definitely miss this McDonald's location!! It's the best one in the area in my opinion. Delivery is solid also- they seal the bags with your order in it! I recommend the app for best deals, freebies, easier customizations, and 99c coffee. They’re customer service is horrible . I bought food and bottled water and I asked for a large cup of us ice. I pay I get to the front window he gives me a small cup halfway full of ice. I asked him politely for the large cup of ice he says “whatever take it it’s just ice” I said no I asked for a large cup of ice I need to take my medicine I can pay for the large cup of ice “ he argues with me in the drive through for about 5 minutes.
