I came through your drive-through last night. There was a very long line and you guys seemed very busy. I waited and waited to get my food 30 mins or so. Once I got my food and got partway home I realized that my food was cold. I only live 5 to 10 minutes away from this location. I called the restaurant and Noah picked up the phone. Messed up my order gave me someone else's food. I called instead of offering to fix the problem and gove me food I paid for they suggested sending me coupons lmfao. I have called twice in the last month or more, still have never gotten my coupons (or know how that fixes a $30 order) ....I would have just preferred getting what I ordered.....this place is a mess go somewhere else.

Picked up a DoorDash (I had never been to this location) and the young man with short curly hair was VERY rude, not friendly at all and his eyes looked pretty red.

Made a mobile app order, I arrive to get my food and was told they couldn't make my food because of system update, I asked how long the update is going take and they basically shrugged their shoulders and didn't know. Told me the order will cancel itself and basically go pound sand. How does the mobile app not stop orders from being made if the store cannot make your food? The staff seemed very disinterested in doing anything or answering any questions.
