One of the less exceptional McDonald's locations out there for sure, but to be expected in a college town. Service is mid tier, they miss parts of your order very frequently (e.g. no pickles, no mustard, extra sauce packets) so make sure to double check your meal when you receive it. Would recommend drive through instead of walk in, as nobody will be at the cash register unless you flag them down.
their drink dispenser doesn't dispense ice, and multiple beverages are empty (liquid does not dispense, ice does not dispense). I tried explaining this to the cashier, and he handed me 3 separate cups. I then explained it to another employee, and she refused to fill my cup with the claim that "they were too busy". I had to wait in line for 20 minutes to get a refill. the female employee was extremely unfriendly and unwilling to do her job. Had to greet myself and say “Thank you, Have a good day, you too!” since the young lady working the drive thru window doesn’t know basic customer service
