The workers here at McDonald’s was very rude and very unprofessional. Not to mention our drink wasn’t even wasn’t even made on how it’s normally made
Went here on a Tuesday August afternoon, quite busy expect 5-10 mins wait in the drive-thru queue. But worth the wait, food was hot and good/expected quality. Customer service was good/expected quality too. Overall was a pleasant experience.
as soon as we came in we were greeted by one of the employees working there who mind you was rated employee of the month and he greeted us with a large sigh and an eye-roll, and as we ordered he sounded bored and annoyed and not friendly whatsoever, whatever happened to service with a smile? Regardless of whether or not youre having a bad day you shouldn't let that reflect on how you treat costumers.
I legit sat in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. But my order was right so I'll give them that. Fries were not salty at all tho.
