UPDATE: Does anyone else remember when McDonalds Chicken McNuggets were tender, juicy, succulent... and disappeared down your gullet far too quickly? Apparently THOSE DAYS ARE GONE. I had the new "Spicy Nuggets" that are the special right now. They were hard, dry... DESSICATED. It's not that the spice level was lacking... but the nuggets themselves looked and tasted like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp for WAY too long. Ordered the big mac, and McChicken meal deal, they gave me everything besides the McChicken. This is 2 times in a row where they got my order wrong.
This McDonald’s has declined significantly over the last 2 years The taste has declined the appearance of the product they’re putting out has declined. The customer service has declined. Messing up people’s orders up multiple times a day its crazy. Y’all need to have a team discussion on what is going on and why your food taste horrendous it’s either overcooked or it’s undercooked there’s no happy middle with you guys.
