Staff is nice but unbelievably slow, shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes for an egg McMuffin sandwich and then it’s not even fresh…
This place has seriously gone downhill, just drive to the next one up the street.
The food is fine, The servers do not know at all what they are doing there is communication issues throughout the entire store, half the time the mobile kiosk does not give you a receipt The drink machines are constantly down and they will continue to give you the wrong order even if you show them a receipt. Will not be returning
I have to be fair (I’ve been here 5-7 times in the last 12 months.) and most of the times everything is correct. This morning however, was awful. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle. That’s what I paid for, that is what is on my receipt. I receive my food in the drive-thru and I ask the person in the black shirt, “is this a sausage, egg and cheese McGriddle?” The person responded yes. The way they said yes, I knew not to trust them. Empty store, had to ask for service. Ordered a burger with no bun (I'm allergic to gluten). Order delivered on a bun. Had to ask for a knife and fork. It was handed to me with a sour expression. These folks are working hard for a one star average. Good luck with this.
