Too pricey
Waited 22 minutes for a mobile order and when I called the store to see what was going on the staff said “I’m about to bring it out now”. So my question to the staff member was “will my food still be warm, or should I request a refund?” And they said “why wouldn’t it be warm?” MA’AM it’s been 22 minutes what do you mean? Staff member brought out the food, clearly irritated at me questioning his complete lack of customer service or service recovery. So this McDonald’s can actually be frustrating at times as far as service goes. That’s the area I think they need to work on as there are times many of them come off as rude. I don’t like bringing people down with negative reviews though so I’ll focus on what they’ve done well, and that’s the food quality. That has always been on point for the almost two years I’ve been going to this McDonald’s. And that’s something you worry about going to other McDonald’s, but the Myerstown one has always got taste and temperature correct.... read more
