saying this genuinely, please fire the young girl who is always, always rude every single time we go in. we aren’t going in anymore. If she can’t give the bare minimum of customer service, she needs to find another job or be put in the back working in the kitchen or cleaning. Y’all surely know the rude one I am talking about. On time, polite, quick for lunch rush
Ive been going to this McDonald's for 40 years and on this day a very young girl decided to be so rude to me and sicked the other drive thru woman on me because I didnt want a paper receipt. I have an electric receipt because I ordered through the app. The woman thru my order in my face and stated I put extra sauce in your bag which she didnt put extra, she put what I ordered. I deserved none of this treatment. Ive never been treated this way by an employee of McDonald's in my life. I wont be back to thus location.
Ray helped us with our food and app troubles tonight, she was very sweet and gave us the best service we've had at this location
