I only eat at McDonald's when I am in desperate need of a quick meal, but anytime I order food from this McDonald's I always regret it afterwards. Almost every time I get something to eat at this restaurant, the order is messed up. The staff are more often than not unhappy and this reflects in their social skills with their customers.
This Mcdonalds is pathetic. We once ordered 10 double cheeseburgers to go. The guy on the grill started swearing saying "tell them to go to Wendy's" Loud enought that we could hear him. When we went to eat the burgers, we found several of them had no meat, they were simply buns and condiments. Whether he did it intentionally or accidently doesn't really make a difference it was unacceptable. We called and spoke to a manager and nothing was done. We were basically told "oh well". I will not give them anymore of my money!
We've never had a problem at this location. We always stop here on our way home to Maryland. Maybe Sunday is the best day to go for the best service. Order is always perfect and hot. Like it was made just for us.
This McDonalds frustrates me. EVERY SINGLE TIME WE GO THERE they forget something that we ordered and we live about a half an hour away, it is really annoying
I tend to go up to scalp ave, even if it is a longer drive. The location in windber seems to miss stuff on drive through orders ALOT! I've been missing everything from simple bbq sauce for nuggest to orderes of fries and whole sandwiches!
