I visited your establishment today for lunch, and initially my experience was pleasant. Unfortunately, it quickly became uncomfortable and deeply concerning due to the conduct of two individuals identified as District Managers, Kay and Ashley. They positioned themselves at a table in the dining area and appeared to use it as a makeshift office.
