Every McDonald’s I’ve visited has been a disappointing experience. I ordered a Monopoly item, but when I received my order, there was no Monopoly sticker. When I inquired about this, the staff informed me that they were using the old cup without the sticker. I requested an alternative item with the same value or a drink of the same value with the sticker, but they refused. Our order wasn’t large, but we had to pull to the side to wait, as many McDonalds do, move you from the window to avoid the window clock and having other patrons wait. Outside of that, they were very polite, swift and efficient. The young man who came out with our food was very polite and nice, manners, I wish I got his name! I commend him for his customer service! It was chilly and he didn’t have a jacket on, while giving excellent service and sauces! Clean! Fresh food!
