I don't know how 2 different shifts can be so different. Mornings, they're usually really good. Friendly, fast, food is hot. Late afternoon and evenings, not always so much. They act like we're an inconvenience to them. Rude, and food isn't always hot. It's not uncommon to have a messed up order on later shifts, that's rare in mornings.
the woman im assuming most of these other comments is about is Pauline a manager. I have absolutely no clue how she ever even got into a position like this she is so bad and rude she should be fired just for the sake of the stores reputation. I witnessed her saying absolutely nasty things about the crew she was running. It was so unprofessional and even just a nasty way for AN ADULT to behave.The normal workers seemed to be able to keep their cool together better then her while taking her verbal abuse.
