I'm not sure if they are understaffed, or are oblivious to what they're doing. We came on a Saturday afternoon, around 1:30 p.m. We ordered off of our app, for a drive-thru order. Once we saw the dual lines, we went inside. All we ordered was a large fry. 15 minutes later, my wife is still waiting. She finally comes out and expresses how the manager must be frustrated.
