So slow 45 minutes wait in the drive-thru for a mobile order. Food was sub-par. Cold fries and burgers. They make it so hard to get your money back it's not even worth it. Avoid like the plague
Visited mcdonalds to grab a toy and wait for wickham park to open. It took the 13 mins so I can just buy a toy!!! Nothing cooked nothing to putting together. They kept taking drive threw orders slowly one at a time. Taking priority for drive threw and it was only an order or two not even a line or alot. I can totally understand if under staffed and busy but there was 6 people 3 employees and shift lead and a manger and another person just walked in. Complete ridiculous. The. Cindy is a horrible manager. I placed two orders with two different phones. She found one but didn't find the other one. My card was charged I paid for both orders but walked out of there with no food whatsoever. She couldn't even give me a refund slip on the one order that she said was placed went through and went on my card. Over 30 minutes to pick up a mobile order. Employees don’t acknowledge the customer. Employees are rude. Food was cold. Bad customer service for this crew. 8/3/25 pm crew.
