My review of this McDonalds is not good I went through drive through today to get something to eat, and received the worst service ever. First of I didn't get my change, second my food was dropped and not given fresh food, third I went in to get fresh food and my change as I was walking to my car I was publicly humiliated by the manager Carlos and another employee working drive through continue to call me a fat ass and I need to lose weight. The manager is very unprofessional. She is unskilled and unlearned. She need to be restrained and re-education on how to make right decision on regards to customers and employees
No problems, just a delicious Large Iced Coffee With Caramel for under $3. I bet no place in Estes is more affordable.
This is by far the worst McDonalds I’ve came across. Went tru the drive trough no jelly , no soda ? The cashier had a bad attitude and was nasty. Long wait times and when they feel lazy they just tell you they don’t have it .. del taco is right near by I left and went there they had everything they advertised and a smile on there face ... ohhh and there shake machine works too 😉 pass this place and go to del taco , you’ll thank me later
The service is all right my major complaint with this particular McDonald’s is I have not been paid and it’s been a month since I have worked for these people, their maintenance man is an all right person , does not speak very well English and he is set in his ways the safety equipment was in adequate long story short I couldn’t make it work due to personnel conflicts , no reason why I shouldn’t be paid and ,why they lost my paycheck is beyond me I don’t understand how you lose someone’s paycheck especially in this day and a... read more
After my uncle paid for My aunts , my two cousins and my meal. When we pulled up to the window the lady snatched the bag back from my aunt and said that we didn’t pay for the food. My uncle had to get out of his car walk to the window and show them the receipt. The lady then forcefully handed the bag back to my aunt. She was also rude to all of us. Side note my uncle had to go inside to get the rest of his food where he was accused of lying about ordering food!
The lady serving us was clearly on meth. Wont be back. place unkept and she couldnt even pronounce a clear sentence.
Our order was messed up, we ended up with unsalted fried and I ordered 5 honeys for chicken nuggets and got none. Really disappointing.
The fries are great And the entrance is something. To get used too
