Fast food makes you wait at least 10 min then gets order completely wrong. Manager unprofessional along with employees.
Went to McDonald's on Valley Rd jn Menasha shortly after 1p. There was no line at the drive-thru. I pulled it and was told to hold on a minute. Then someone pulled up to the drive-thru next to me. Their order was taken right away and off they went. Ridiculous! I left. Arby's got my lunch business instead.
7/2/26 at 4pm I had the most pleasant delightful interaction with the employee inside the store. I think she might have been a manager because of her shirt but I didn't look at her name. I watched her interact with multiple customers and with every one of them she was helpful and kind. I was talking to my sister as we left about how the experience kinda brightened our moods. So I wanted to throw this out into the void and hope she sees this and it brightens her mood in return. <3
