Ordered from the mobile app and went to go pick it up and they were claiming that it wasn't in their system so I had to show them the email I received about my orders and they did make my order but they still managed to get my order wrong. I've dealt with this two or three times now and every time this happens they get snotty with me and gave an attitude. Definitely Won't be Recommending/coming to the Menasha one no more..
When I got there I went on the kiosk and made my order then my younger brother went the bathroom than told me it was super dirty like paper on the floor and straw wrappers then after side eyes from all of the employees and 15-20 for a person to take my order then my 10 year old brother said can I get a water cup then she said we charge for those now and all I can think is water, money it used to be free and now it's 1.80$ like a soda is cheaper than on the way to my table I saw dirty tables a floor that looks like it hasn't ... read more
went in drive thru tried to order 2 nacho fries they told me i had to drive around again how rude when they could just add to the order
