I will drive out of my way to go anywhere else this, McDonalds is SO SLOW every time. It’s the closet one too me and I’m addicted to their sweet tea but I am not willing to wait 15 mins for my online order of sweet tea. There’s never anyone at the front counter to just tell “my order is ONLY a sweet tea” The drive through is better and has friendly people but very slow still and they aren’t consistent with one car from one line and one from the other so you’ll wait for your turn while the other lane has 3 people order. Used my whole break waiting at the counter to pay for my order. Even after waving someone down
Genuinely the worst McDonald's I've been to. I've lived here for 7 years and every time I've been here the service is slow and this last time was nothing short of that. A ridiculous amount of people are waiting for food and when I ask to pay at the counter after I ordered on the kiosk, the worker just looked at me annoyed and said okay and turned back and walked to the kitchen and just stood there talking to her friend. I don't even like leaving reviews but every single time I've gone to this place it is so slow and terrible... read more
Said 2-5 minutes and took over 40 minutes. The workers were making fun of white people and the younger kids that were asking for their money back. They didn’t mind giving away food to their family who they were hanging out when. It’s so sad this is what not only McDonald’s is coming to but Palm coast
People behind the counter kept their cool despite being disrespected by customers in ways that made my blood boil. Keep it up, don't let miserable people ruin your day
