Food was edible, but if I could give a half star for service maybe. Why 9 out of 10 times they always get our order wrong even after repeating it back. Have to always check the bag and then have it fixed again cause it's always wrong. So done with this location. Really need a better manager and leadership.
Worst McDonalds in Gastonia. Went yesterday and ordered 2 dbl cheeseburgers and they were wrong. Had to go back through the line and wait 20 min for them to fix it. Went back tonight and my food was wrong again. Took my food back and stood at the counter while 15 employees stood around and did absolutely nothing. One was stuffing his mouth with food and didn't wash his hands. 4-5 employees just looked at me and kept on doing nothing. I finally yelled, hey! Can I get some help please. They fixed the food. I understand that it's stressful to work in fast food and sometimes you get behind. The other day I went to get breakfast to go. I stood there with my 3 kids and waited 45 minutes. And they forgot my bagel. Today I ordered Uber eats and they forgot my egg. I think they need more help. This mcdonalds Is slack.
