To pick up for Grandkids
Hotcakes w/o sausage. And steak and egg bagel w/o cheese. It was approximately 40 min or more. Hotcakes were cold while waiting on steak bagel to be corrected. Everyone was running around in there like they didn't know their assigned positions for that morning. It was crazy. Customers were getting refunds and leaving out. This is a typical sight for this location. Haven't been there in a while...now I recall why. Poor management. :(
