Today for the first time in a long time I needed to get something quick to eat. I placed an order and when I got to the window to pay for it I asked The gentleman to adjust it because I wanted a round egg. The gentleman at the window adjusted it but he didn't adjust it properly. Long wait, dirty, no receipt.
I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I placed an Uber Eats order for breakfast, but the staff were extremely unprofessional. The supervisor or morning manager canceled my order after saying they would replace my food for the inconvenience, then asked me to repay for it. This location consistently has issues — the food is often cold, items are missing or incorrect, and customer service is poor. The way this situation was handled was completely unprofessional. DO NOT pull into a parking space to wait for your food if instructed, just get a refund. Twice that has happened to me here and they literally don't bring the food. Waited over 30 minutes for Happy meals and drove off with screaming hungry kids instead of trying to get them all inside to tell me they are still working on making a hamburger. Called their restaurant phone number... it's disconnected.
