I stood in line with 4 other people waiting to place our order while a young man name Josh talked with a friend for about 2 min till one of the guys in like said "hey my man can someone take our order?" Then he said oh I can... i almost didnt even want to oder cause do you not see 4 people in line wanting they order took.

I’ve given this McDonald’s more chances than I should have... I waited nearly 20 minutes for a single Happy Meal. It’s one of the simplest orders on the menu, yet it still wasn’t ready in a reasonable time. There was no communication, no apology, and no sense of urgency. Came in ordered on the kiosk only because a young female working at the front register was on the phone with someone and i didn’t want to disturb their conversation. I ordered a large fry and a refresher, which took 30 to come out while waiting saw workers arguing for a couple seconds. Its always some bs going on when i come here.
