The staff member was extremely rude. When I told her I was checking something on my phone and asked her to wait a moment, Because No one behind me she pretended not to understand; she was insolent and impatiently told another colleague to handle me. What’s more, while turning her back on us, she openly displayed extreme impatience and disdain right in her colleague's face! She was incredibly rude.
We stopped by this McDonald’s today, June 12, 2026, around 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch the employee’s name, so I’m including the date and time in hopes that management can recognize him. Our family had just come from the emergency vet after a very stressful day with our dog, and we stopped to pick up a few burgers for him.
