There have been amazing employees who seem to go out of their way to ensure proficiency (ie. Amy) who have a limited capacity… and then there are times I barely even get the right order. When I question missing items I’m told after employee asks management twice that they’re out of apple slices. The best cookies ever
I used to go out of my way to go to this location as it was better than the other McDonald's in the area. It's been getting worse lately, service becoming slower, inside dirtier and the last two visits to the drive thru costs items were wrong or missing.
