Had a business trip with a German coworker that NEVER had seen or eaten hash browns!!! They cooked some hot ones for them after breakfast time was long over to help him experience golden brown crispy hash browns and they were happy about it. That’s EXTRA great service. Also had an old school Ronald McDonald statue my German buddy got a picture with and also a good kids playground.
2nd day in a row I took my grandkids there to eat and play. It was filthy, especially the bathroom in the play area. It's not been the cleanest place for a while, but this weekend was worse. Also went through the drive through twice and they shorted me fries each time. The wait in the drive through line was so long, I wasn't going back through for fries. Yesterday they were out of ice. Easily one of the most useless McDonalds in the state. Source: I travel the state daily. I come by after driving from Dallas, to littlerock, down to crossett. It’s 21:15. Girl on the speaker rudely says “we’re closed”. Won’t offer an explanation, just we’re closed. If something isn’t working that’s fine I get it, just say that. But no. “We’re closed”….go by the window and they’re all ok their phones. It’s not just this once either. Don't bother coming here after 10 pm. You're gonna sit here at the speaker for 30 minutes to an hour because the employees dont bother wearing the headset..
