I come to this McDonald’s all the time and have honestly never had a problem before, which is why today’s experience really caught me off guard. This location is usually reliable and the service is typically smooth. Today, though, the woman working the counter, shown in the photo attached, seemed extremely overwhelmed by how busy the store was and unfortunately took that frustration out on customers. I never expect much from a mcdonald’s but this was absolutely awful. The fries were soggy and had too much salt. We got a root beer which was basically dirty water and an ice tea with the same issue. The mcflurry was just ice cream they put 2 pieces of oreo on top and none were mixed in. I’d go to somewhere else if looking for fast food.
