It's McDonald's. But the workers here are great: fast, polite, friendly.
This is another example of our restaurants in Gaston Co that are slipping when the experience is lacking. They are doing great in the timely service, overall the quality of food is not what we’re used to getting anymore. Management, cooks, you have to take pride in what you’re serving. Don’t send it out if you wouldn’t eat it. This location must ve stopped serving orange juice too. They re always out.
Ordered 2 mobile orders and the drive through person gave one of mine to the car in front of me and tried to give my drink and the customer didn’t take it they gave the bag back got their stuff and drove off whoever the flamboyant guy was immediately became defensive when I asked him was that the bag that the customer gave back and the guy in the drive through was about to say yes until the Flamboyant guy spoke over him asking what I got and I told him the bag he handed to the customer told me he changed bags unless your a m... read more
