Heater was broken, Froze and waited for an hour to even get our meal. Watched several people that ordered after me get their food before I did. Still had to ask for things that were missing in our meals. All the drinks were out of syrup. Never going back to that McDonald’s again.
Great attitude.. no milk shakes at the time.. but great service
I don't come here often, but I was here a year ago with my kids. They wanted to play in the play area, but it was freezing and the staff said the heat was out and needed to be fixed. I am here right now, one year later...and the heat is still not working! The entire restaurant is freezing cold, including the play area. I told my son to wash his hands before eating and both soap dispensers in the Men's bathroom are empty. I informed the staff and they didn't seem to care at all.
