Ordered by the drive thru, and the women handing our stuff had her right arm in a cast. When she handed my mother her hot coffee, the lid wasn’t properly sealed causing my mother to get burned on her hand, because like mentioned, the lid wasn’t sealed properly. Both her and the other worker by the window just stood there, they didn’t ask if my mother was fine or anything. All they did was give us napkins.
