McDonald’s corporate needs to audit this store. One of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. Slow service, cold food, burger has been sitting too long.
Everytime I am here it is a problem. Long wait times, rude staff. Im now currently 30 mins waiting on a mobile order I put in 15 mins before that. Drive thru wrapped around the building. And no employee will even come to front counter. This will be the last time I spend money at this place!
The slowest location around, sometimes of the day can be a okay location. Fries always too greasy. And you can be there for 10 to 20 minutes waiting even in a empty store. Before today is been the 2nd time I made my order to pay and then just left because of the waiting time. Been ridiculous.
As a dasher knowing the lobby will be closed at late hours of the night. I pulled through the drive through 10 minute wait to be told to go to the lobby. The door was locked to both sides of the building. Informing the customer of this, I am now in line again to wait 10+minutes for their order
