My service was actually ok promt but figures because my food was nasty sandwich was Burt and hashbrown was cold very annoyed like it’s 7am how is the food wrong already
If I could take stars I would. This location is amongst THE WORST!!! Either something is down or they just dragging their behinds moving slow. Line can be short and it STILL takes a minimum of 20mins just to order. It's sad fast food is no longer fast when it comes to grabbing a bite to eat. Then customer service the customer service...that's worst
I ordered 2 icecream cones for curbside pickup and waited 20 minutes nobody came out. Than I decided to go to the drive thru to ask about it and than they said the ice cream machine is broken and it made me upset they didn’t come out to say something to us. So I said can we get two iced coffee instead and they said yes so they told me to pull up and to the bottom of ramp and wait and I sat there another 30 minutes so I went inside to ask about my coffee and they had forgotten and gave me two half melted coffees they had hitt... read more
Sitting at the order speaker for 10 mins while no one is in line is crazy. It’s like no one wants to work.
