I came to Mcdonalds on Sep 16 at 1:55pm and the lady at the drive thru "pay" window was super rude & not friendly at all.
This was one of the worst McDonald’s customer service experiences I’ve had. At 4405 Southwest Loop 820 in Fort Worth, I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru. At the first window, the cashier barely acknowledged me, was busy talking and laughing with other employees, handed me a receipt without even looking at me, and closed the window.
