Ordered the Spicy McCrispy tonight and the chicken patty was not cooked all the way. It was very rubbery. Called the restaurant many times from different phones to let them know but call never goes through.
Pulled up and waited 5 minutes. I said “hello”, she said wait a second and someone else pulled up. She’s takes their order instead. I left 🤦♂️
I never expect much from McDonald’s. Just decent food fast. That being said, it should not take over 30 minutes for a simple breakfast sandwich to get to me. When I checked, there was no one actively making orders and food was just piling up and sitting there.
