This is the fourth time I’ve ordered pickup from this McDonald’s, and unfortunately, the experience keeps getting worse. Every single time, the order takes way too long, and when I finally receive it, something is missing. At this point, it’s not an occasional mistake—it feels like a serious lack of organization and attention to customers. This is the closest McDonald's to me so ive given it multiple chances. Its just poorly managed. Ive ordered ahead multiple times only to get there and tell me they're closing early or to them just being closed. The advertised hours never correlate. Even when they're open their slow and have no sense of urgency.
Absolutely terrible experience. We dined in on a Saturday evening and waited 35 minutes without receiving any food. The restaurant was not even busy. The manager, Victor H, told us they were short-handed, but we could clearly see around eight employees working in the kitchen. Wow! Owner always replies to leave info on a link or that the concern will be passed on to "stakeholders". No direct response to customers!
