i just tried to go through their drive thru, and disappointed to say the least. we were there 45 minutes before their set closing time, they initially took the car in fronts order, then asked us if we’re using our mobile app. we replied yes, no response for TEN MINUTES. i am enraged. we pull up to the window after someone else tried to order on the other side and also pulled up, three employees look us in the eyes, we made eye contact. they completely ignore us and walk away. no explanation. already cleaning the kitchen. i w... read more
I went on Monday night at 11pm after ordering my food on the app went tot he drive thru like the app told me and they told me they were closed for the night and no other explanation. So now I have to file a claim with my bank. All this because they want to go home early for the day.
I was craving a sprite one night and so I went to my the McDonald’s closest to my friends house that I was staying over at and when I went to order and the wait for one drink was forever long in the drive through maybe 6-8 minutes. When I was given the sprite and turned on my interior light to find the straw I dropped I noticed how discolored the sprite was and that it was oddly yellow. Though the carbonation was ok there was a odd foul smell and taste.. Anyone else or just me?
