Customer service has gone downhill not just here everywhere unfortunately
The worst McDonalds in the Saint Charles, Saint Louis area. I have gotten inconsistent orders, but today sold me on how awful this McDonalds is ran. Today I ordered 2 cheeseburgers. Very simple. They didn’t put the meet on the burgers…??? This McDonalds may be profitable but only at the expense of destroying McDonalds standards.
