This was at 2pm and it took 30-45 min to make it to the pick up window. The gentleman taking orders was not trained, I was put on hold then had to repeat order then on hold etc. The food was cold and I had to throw it away. Waste of time and money. The new chicken strips were terrible, but hey we’re cold and dry. Get things right!!
My food is always hot and fresh and ready to go when I get here and service is always great. Shout out the manager for hooking me up with a collectible cup when I forgot to order one. One of the best McDonald’s around.
This place is terrible at night always a long wait 20 minutes+
I’ve came by to this location several times and 8 times out of 10 I’ve had returned home with my bad filled with disappointment. The order would either have something missing, wrong, or greased to oblivion. I suggest going to other locations if you are wanting your moneys worth.
