The manager Marissa is the worst. She can’t even talk to people like human beings. She was laughing at the mistake that her team made on my order. What is there to laugh about how you can’t manage your team well enough to make correct orders? Another person came in with complaints of half missing fries and she laughed at them too. You need to hire a new manager. One that knows professionalism asap. I will be calling corporate.
This McDonald’s sucks. The employees are rude the managers don’t know how to do their job. I went to tell them that my food was incorrect like it always is at this location and she snatched the bag out of my hand with an attitude. She’s lucky I didn’t snatch her out the window. If you don’t like your job that’s on you not the customers! They need better employees! I will never come here again.

Terrible McDonald's they don't even give you napkins the manager instead of apologizing was knocking me screaming amen amen at the top of her lungs trying to be funny instead of apologizing.
Dont get the order right and have attitude when you tell them it is incorrect
