Judah the shift manager was very rude when delivering my iced caramel macchiato. I asked for it to be prepared the standard way- not stirred as the espresso is typically on top and he refused stated it was company policy to shake and stir the drink and wouldn’t remake or refund me. He could use some additional training in just basic communication skills. It wasn’t a hard request
Absolutely the worse! Had a mobile order waited for 15mins after the app notification said someone is on their way out. Finally, went inside to pick up my order the cashier had 5 people in front of him and told us he was going on break waited another 10mins for someone from the drive thru to help.
