I mean , not really good... But, really good for McDonald's

My experience started in the drive thru where when I pulled up to the kiosk to place my order, I waited for 5 minutes with nobody talking to me. After waiting I decided to just go in and order thinking this might be faster, I was wrong! I placed my order inside and waited 15 minutes for my food. My number was finally called and half of my order was not there. Shocker! There were several customers waiting as long as I was and many of them were missing part of their orders as well. Not fast anymore, orderes are usually wrong
I was at the McDonald's on Covington Ave in Piqua ohio, at noon 7/6/2025 And witnessed and heard the "manager " arguing with and calling an older gentleman a lair! Apparently this employee was NOT raised right and must Not have been taught to respect his elders! The older man paid and received his order through the drive-thru , said order was apparently wrong, And to me it seemed like the customer was wanting to right his order, the man was refunded his money and left without his order! Do better McDonald's!
