My experience started in the drive thru where when I pulled up to the kiosk to place my order, I waited for 5 minutes with nobody talking to me. After waiting I decided to just go in and order thinking this might be faster, I was wrong! I placed my order inside and waited 15 minutes for my food. My number was finally called and half of my order was not there. Shocker! There were several customers waiting as long as I was and many of them were missing part of their orders as well. I asked, and was given, a refund for my order... read more
