Stopped to fuel and was happy to see McDs was 24 hours. Placed my order and went inside. And stood there. While 2 employees argued/talked very loudly in back. Stood there, being ignored. After several minutes another employee showed up, up front. That employee ignored me as well. I am a truck driver. I have a maximum of 10 minutes to get in, get my food and get back on my truck. How is it, that y'all dont understand that when you are literally part of the truck stop? I cancelled my order and had to leave. Do better.
I gave 5 star for food because it was fresh But gave a 1 star for service because they messed up my bagel, egg & cheese . My husband said no butter on my bagel a bunch of times to cashier and butter was still added to the bagel and the ticket had little butter on it . He said no butter ! When a person asked for their food to be cooked a certain way, it should be made that way. Prices aren’t cheap ! And by messing up a food order you workers are just throwing away money !!
