The servers don’t act professional whith clients.also the food is very cold and also the cashier is always in the back i wait 20 min to order.
Trash service, asked me to repeat order and still messed it uo. Not sure how a double quarter pounder with cheese no onions becomes a dry bacon and cheese only double but they screwed that up. Supposed to get one medium one large fry and got a medium cold fry. Wont be going back, ill pay the extra to so anywhere else.
I ordered at the drive-thru and was informed of the total. When I tried to pay with my app, the staff shook their heads, and I noticed a different total when I scanned it. I asked the manager for clarification, but they simply said they didn’t know. I requested my receipt and was instructed to move forward, as it would be in the bag.
