During my visit, I was very disappointed by the conditions and customer service at this location. Early in the evening, I saw a large roach run out from under my table. My group immediately alerted a staff member, but the issue was dismissed, and the employee chose to walk away rather than address our concern. We left to continue talking in the parking lot. THERE ARE ROACHES!!!!! We told the employee and they just ignored us. Also told us we could not come in because they closed in 20 minutes!
