I ordered fries primarily and a drink. So why was the main item was old as the hills!? Had to take them back then wait for a fresh batch. Afterwards they were delicious but why couldn't they come that way?!
I am a regular McDonald’s customer, visiting every weekday around 5:30–6:00 a.m. Recently, I’ve been experiencing difficulty when placing my order due to a communication barrier. The person taking orders does speak English, but she speaks very quickly, and her voice often sounds muffled, which makes her hard to understand.
