Food is good usually as always but really wish they would remember the condiments. Asked for 3 Splenda Packet and 3 Sugar Packet. But only got the Splenda Packet and then they gave me cream which I did not ask for. This seems to be an ongoing problem at this location whether it be ketchup, dipping sauce etc. they do not pay attention to details when it comes to making sure the sauces, sugar etc are included

Stopped by the McDonald’s drive-thru on 769 Airport Fwy to grab a Happy Meal for the Hello Kitty toy. The ordering process was smooth, and the drive-thru was remarkably fast and convenient, getting us our order in no time with minimal wait. The only downside was the policy prominently displayed at the drive-thru window warning customers that extra condiments come with an additional charge. I ordered a quarter pounder, supposed to make those when you order it, clearly this patty was hard and crispy so it was old, this isn’t the first issue I’ve had with this store., it used to be good but not anymore
