UPDATE 9/11/26 Still has not changed. Expect 20 to 30 minute wait in drive thru. Absolute slowest service possible. Employees on their phones rather than working. Always asked to "wait one second". Expect to spend 30 minutes in an empty drive through at any given time of day. 9 times out of 10 they mess up the order. Worst mcdonald's in Michigan by far.
Waited for over 10 mins at drive thru with no service. Walked inside and gas station worker confirmed there were staff at McDonald’s and I should go to drive thru instead. Multiple cars in line, no service. You can see headset on the table when driving by the window. Everything was on. Wasted time. Should at least turn off lights if not interested in working and wanting to close the store.
