ordered breakfast: sausage egg mcmuffin was burnt, asked for it to be replaced and they sent out an equally as burnt sausage and tried hiding it. managers were rude and wouldn't even apologize.
Cold fries. Overcooked and dry chicken. Smashed cheeseburger. Vanilla shake tasted like strawberry. Both ranch dips were OPEN in the bag. One of the fries had a long hair in it. No receipt. How did this place get WORSE than the grand ledge location??
