Drive-thru customer service experience, accuracy of my order, ability to put all the food I ordered in the bag and the taste of their fountain drink particularly the coke leaves much to be desired. Another example why as a consumer having a robot take your order, prepare your food, bag your food would be a much better experience than the net negative that is the consistent poor performance of this specific McDonalds establishment.
I wish Google would let me leave a zero stars.I know I shouldn’t expect much coming to McDonald’s but I would much rather eat food out of a dumpster over ever coming here again. Be prepared to wait in the drive through for ten minutes while there are cars being helped next to you and then be ready to go inside and order from a kiosk and then have to wait 20 minutes to get handed your food from someone making $10 an hour that hates their job. Wendy’s>Mcdonalds
It's McDonald's what can you really expect. Ordered from the kiosk, the front counter was a ghost town. Manager was arguing with the staff and the order came out wrong. In the end I needed something to eat reasonably quick.
Messed up our meal. Called for a refund. Manager was extremely rude, refused to give refund or tell us his name. Then hung up on us. Never go to this location. Currently dealing with corporate about this situation. Awaiting update to see if he gets fired.
