Came here the other night after work. The lady that took my order in the drive through did not tell me they were only taking cash, she only asked if I would be using my app, I said yes and gave her the code. When I got to the window to pay, only then did they tell me about only taking cash, and only then did the manager take over for orders and made a point to say "were only taking cash". Frappe just full of crushed ice
I have been to this location a million times and I definitely say this place has gone down hill. My daughter and I both placed our orders separately for dine in/pickup at the counter on the app while we sat in the dining room at 10:37 am, October 1st. At this time we were the only customers in the restaurant. I stood there watching customers come in, place their orders, receive their food, leave and or sit at a table while I stood there still waiting for 20 minutes.
