Poor customer service. Nothing like waiting 25 minutes for cold fast food only to get home and find parts of your order is missing. Call the store only to be patronized by the manager who calls you hon and gives you a ton of excuses as to why it took forever for your food even though it wasn't busy . Pathetic. Oh my name is in some book for what I'm owed. The fact they have a book of dissatisfied customers names tells you everything
Two on drive thru ,and had to leave outside line,and go to inside line ,because they were not paying attention,they must be on gummies or something,asked for a plain cheese burger and waited about five minutes at pick up window🤔and guess what I got ,when I got home,no cheese on my plain CHEESE burger,store needs better training programs,new employees,and stronger management , people who know what their doing,
We used the dine in service from the kiosk. It took 27 minutes for our food as we watched many cars leave the drive thru. We went from mind craft meals before our movie we were almost late for but they were out of stock, no big deal. So during our wait, the manager was yelling at staff and there was a whole issue with door fash orders. The whole building could hear the conversation.
