I’ve been coming here for awhile and every morning their morning manager is the kindest and sweetest lady ever! She always asks how I am doing. I’ve never had a bad experience here and genuinely enjoy their food and service.
Mcdonald's is having enough issues to have bad staff as well. This McDonald's often makes errors on orders, has staff that has no knowledge of how to treat customers, and has poorly trained staff overall. I was in the drive-thru mid-order, and the person said hold on a second while other orders were being taken in the other lane as I sat waiting. No apology when they came back to finish my order, just attitude from the staff as if it was my fault Sofia had to do their job.
