Cashier was rude and swearing and charged me for wrong item because they couldn’t figure out the system
Food was great, got everything I ordered!!
Very disappointing takeout experience. I waited over 20 minutes and my food never came out. I tried talking to staff several times, but no one seemed interested in finding out what happened. I asked for a manager, and when they finally came out, there was no apology. After checking their screen, they realized my order had never been made because it was accidentally deleted from their system. 6/1/26 3:07pm "Kontee" was working the drive-thru. I don't know who spit in his mcchicken, but he was acting like my order was a personal attack. He greeted me with a "McDonalds. What do you want?" like I owed him money. Yall know that customer service isn't supposed to feel like a hostage negotiation. Do better.
