Mess up my door dash order. When I call they hung up on me. Second person had the nerve to tell me that’s why you don’t trust door dash and hung up. This location have worse customer service. Especially the guys that picked up the phone. I only ordered McDonald because my daughter requested.
My girlfriend & I rode our bikes to this location March 29th 2025. We ordered a 10pc nugget, the $5 cheese burger meal deal, and ×2 small strawberry shakes for $17.78. All of it was extremely old and disgusting except for the fountain soda and 2 shakes. I tried calling to see if they would at least make us the nuggets and fries fresh and couldn't get an answer. Go figure. I will not be going to this McDonald's anymore except for tomorrow morning to get this fixed.
Rude employees and the worst customer service. Attitudes from all the employees. The drive thru lady that takes the order doesn't even understand English. Please do better and treat others with respect.
