Got a McFlurry and it wasn’t mixed, but at least their ice cream machine wasn’t broken. 🤷🏽♀️
I asked the employee at the register for a refill? She replied, " I dont think we don't do refills?" I then suggested that she asked someone to confirm this, and sure enough this McDonald's doesn't offer refills on Fountain drinks? I spend plenty of money at this concept on a weekly basis. We are also asked to download a mobile app to facilitate ordering which is really just McDonald's not wanting to employ people to take orders at the register then we are also asked to place our orders at a kiosk? Horrible service to receipt not received and look at like you owe them something worst experience ever.
