The food tasted pre-made and microwaved. The cheese was soaked in to the bun. Only one kiosk working. Staff was very friendly but food was horrible.
Placed online order. They didn't even make it told me they didn't even get an order. I have a confirmation and they took my money. Then refused to fill it because I ordered breakfast an hour before the stopped serving it. So when I tried to figure it out they had stopped serving breakfast and wouldn't fill my order. The customer service was awful very unhelpful and rude before I even explained the situation. No manager in site. When he finally showed up he had worse customer service then anyone else.
I feel so badly for the employees. They were clearly understaffed and did their best. Only slightly messed up my order but pretty good for McDonald's. The manager left their number for complaints. You have to like the accountability.
