Service is okay I know they have alot if younger people working there but they need to pay attention to the orders going out. To many times things are missed. We are regulars so we know to check but we get alot of traffic from the 95 that are making a quick pit stop. The way I look it at treat others how you want to be treated. If you were going thru that line you want the food you ordered and a customer service rep that asks like they like their job. The lady I got this morning was the sweetest
If I could give this place a negative review I would! I know you get what you pay for, but it took 30+ minutes to get our food, we were informed 10 minutes after ordering that half of what we wanted they didn’t have and part of our food never came and we had to remind them multiple times what we were missing!
Can’t complain about McDonald’s being overpriced at this location, since it is overpriced everywhere, but this location has some of the slowest and least competent employees I have ever seen. Don’t waste your time stopping here, just eat your hand instead and you’ll have a better time.
I ordered my food at 408pm and my order disappeared from their tracker and had to show them the order existed to get them to even start. I did not get my food for almost an hour. Awful, I am never coming back.
